Latin Branding collects only the information needed to provide the business portal, including social media publishing tools for Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.
What we collect
We collect account information, workspace content, usage data, connected Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers, access tokens, post captions, media URLs, and publishing status information.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, connect business-owned social accounts, show recent Page or Instagram content, publish or schedule posts, secure the service, and provide support.
Meta platform data
Meta data is used only for the features the user requests, such as selecting a Facebook Page, displaying recent Page posts, confirming an Instagram professional account, and publishing approved content.
Mobile app (iOS & Android)
The Latin App loads the same business portal in a secure native window. With your permission it may access your camera and photos (to attach job, vehicle, and inspection photos to records), your device location (to show your position on the dispatch map and clock in at job sites), and your microphone (for voice notes). This data is used only for the feature you trigger and is sent only to your own workspace.
Employee location while on shift
If your employer uses crew tracking, turning on "Location sharing" in the app shares your location with your dispatcher — including in the background while the app is closed — so the team can see live ETAs and automatically record arrival/clock-in at job sites. This only runs while you choose to be on shift: you turn it on and off yourself, and turning it off stops all location collection. Location is shared with your employer's workspace, not sold to anyone.
Push notifications
If you allow notifications, we store a device token to send you alerts about jobs, messages, and appointments. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings, which stops the alerts.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data or Meta platform data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate Latin Branding, such as hosting, database, and AI content generation providers.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and opt in through our contact form at latinbranding.com/contact or verbally on a recorded phone call, Latin Branding may send you customer-service text messages such as appointment reminders, account and service updates, billing and invoice notifications, and replies to your support requests. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages on this program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Your consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; this opt-in data is used solely to deliver the customer-service messages you requested.
Retention and deletion
Connected social tokens are removed when a user disconnects Facebook or Instagram. Users can request deletion of account data by emailing privacy@latinbranding.com.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@latinbranding.com.
